Crossroads MDO is a two-day-a-week program for preschool aged children that focuses on a child’s spiritual and educational growth. Children learn in age-appropriate classrooms through structured, educationally driven activities and play.

Tuesday and Thursday from 9am – 3pm | Mid-August – Mid-May

Summer Program is also Tuesday and Thursday from 9am – 3pm, dates vary summer to summer. Additional hours are available through Preschool Ministry on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Special Events.

Core Responsibilities

  • Teach small group lessons in the classroom
  • Plan age-appropriate lesson plans
  • Help children hit developmental milestones
  • Classroom room management
  • Align CR vision through preschool ministry
  • Execute safety policies and procedures

Spiritual Walk

  • A person who maintains a growing walk with Jesus demonstrated through bible study, prayer, worship, and biblical community
  • A person who is active in personal evangelism
  • A person who maintains gospel living both at work and at home
  • A person whose beliefs align with the Crossroads Baptist Church Mission Statement
